The second-generation family owned Safety Boot manufacturer has a reputation for prolific levels of new developments in Safety Footwear. The company which operates from one secure site based on Wimsey Way in Alfreton sells their range via distributors all over the world.
Rock Fall are the only Safety Footwear brand in the UK to have the BOA® licence which enables them to develop styles using the world-famous BOA® Fit System. The BOA® Fit System was originally developed in 1998 and is now found on snowboard boots, outdoor hiking boots, fishing boots, cycling and golf footwear, as well as running and mountaineering footwear. The system also has several medical applications.
European sales of safety footwear featuring the system exceeded 2.7M pairs in 2018. It comprises of a dial, guides and lace system which is guaranteed for the lifetime of the boot it is integrated to. Several viral videos have surfaced of the system being used to pull trucks and lift pallets of concrete blocks.
Rock Fall has developed 5 new styles which are now in stock which along with the BOA® Fit System, feature the eco-friendly Sympatex® Waterproof Membrane tested to not leak for an incredible 100 hours, a recycled Ortholite® footbed which retains it’s shape and FORCE10® components which are tested to extraordinary performance levels. 2 of the styles also include the IMPACT SHIELD™ Internal Metatarsal Guard to offer complete protection from falling objects.
