Engineered for the Unforeseen: The RF810 Arc is a highly protective safety boot offering exceptional protection against a range of hazards, including electrical risks. The boot has been independently put through the IEC 61482-1-1:2019 Thermal Hazards of an Electric Arc test method. The results, whilst not covered by the ENAC accreditation scope, exceeded the capabilities of the lab. Here's what the tests revealed:

Materials: Withstand a scorching 126 cal/cm² - a testament to the fire-resistant construction.

Whole Boot: No burns observed at 109.4 cal/cm².

Because true safety goes beyond just one threat, the RF810 Arc boasts an Electrical Hazard certification, tested to voltages up to 18 kV in accordance with the ASTM F2412-18 EH test method. It’s manufactured using fire resistant laces, high abrasion Helcor® leather upper trim and R-TEN™ stitching threads. So whether you're a lines worker, electrician, or work in any high-voltage environment, the RF810 Arc is for you. The Arc delivers supreme underfoot comfort using our Activ-step® footbed crafted from recycled materials. It breathes, it cushions and it keeps you going, shift after shift. The durable leather upper, using Leather Working Group Gold certified leather, delivers durable & lasting performance. The Moisture-Tech by Sympatex® membrane keeps your feet dry and comfortable, rain or shine. The FORCE10® dual-density outsole tackles any terrain, offering unbelievable abrasion resistance, shock absorption and is even compatible with climbing irons. Plus, it's possible to re-sole, extending the life of your investment.

Durable Leather Upper: Water repellent, LWG GOLD rated full grain leather offers long-lasting performance that repels moisture and dirt.

Recycled Polyester textiles: The collar linings and laces are made using 100% recycled polyester materials. All our recycled polyester is independently certified to the GRS.

Waterproof Construction: Moisture-Tech by Sympatex® membrane bootie, using 60% recycled post-consumer polyester lining fabric, keeps your feet dry in wet conditions and at the same time, contributing to a reduced environmental footprint.

Activ-Step® Bio-Based Scuff Cap: Made from 59% bio based TPU which uses castor oil to replace some of the fossil -fuel based content and is certified by the USDA BioPreferred® Programme.

Ultimate Toe Protection: A composite protective toe cap ensures the highest safety without compromise.

Advanced Anti-Penetration Performance: The exclusively crafted para-aramid anti-perforation protective midsole developed by Activ-Step® Footwear Components provides essential on-the-job safety, and our IMPACTSHIELD™ digging plate offers increased protection from underfoot injury.

Abrasion Resistant Outsole: FORCE10® dual density PU nitrile rubber outsole provides highest levels abrasion resistance which maintaining exceptional shock absorption and weight reduction.

This boot has been independently tested in accordance to the IEC 61482-1-1:2019 arc test methods. The results achieved are not an official rating or standard and the conclusions are not covered by the ENAC accreditation scope. The project ATPV rating for the material is 126 Cal/cm² and project rating for whole footwear was No Burns observed at 109.4 Cal/cm². Laces to the same specification from the manufacturer should be used as replacements.
